How we make it
A prescription pad is a padded block: printed sheets glued along the head with a stiff board behind so you can write without a desk. It is almost always printed in a single colour, carrying the name, specialty, registration number and contact details. Single colour means one plate, which is what allows the low minimum of twenty-five pads. Bond 75 gsm is standard. If the pad needs a file copy, it is ordered as sets with 55 gsm copy paper. The detail most often corrected after printing is the contact information, so it is worth checking carefully before signing off.
